Meeting opened by Duane Duff, Vice President—welcoming everyone and Thanking Al & Becky for opening up their home and hosting a wonderful Halloween Party.

Officers Reports:  Duane informed club about using historic plates.  Charles announced Spooky Moon Run in Everton.  Barb announced renewals and new members.  Gabby stated the website had over 2100 hits.

Happy Birthday wishes to club members.  Announced upcoming GROOVE events (C of O Homecoming Parade 11/1 & Crosslines Cruise 11/2) and show recaps.

Nominations taken for officers.  President Jay Myers; Vice President Fred Nelson and Rob Davis; Secretary Becky Conway; Treasurer Charles Hudson; Newsletter Editor Tina Solari;  Web-mistress Gabby George; Historian Al Conway.

Christmas Party, December 6th, Saturday, to be at Jay & Vickie’s @ 6:30 pm includes meeting and election of officers for 2009.
