Our very own Tina in charge. Good job.

The treasurer report has us looking well after bills are paid. Good to go troops. Tina reported that she sends out about 100 newsletters a month w/about 75 going to members. We discussed the newsletter info and got into JBJ 12-13 June. We discussed food vendors w/2 or 3 to be used. Should keep the long lines down.

We'll up the number of shirts available to keep everyone covered so to speak. The all important potty status will be the same deal as last year with Gott's To Go.

For those who are there Friday night there will be toilet facilities. We encourage all who want to camp there Friday night to let the club know so we are prepared. The past 2 years have been fun for all there on Friday night.

The meeting ended at 2:55 and we got the scavenger hunt going. This was my first and I look forward to the next. It was a fun day. Take care and don't forget the bag stuffing day and trophy build at Duane’s.
