Meeting opened by Pres Jay Myers at 4:50 pm welcoming everyone to the 3rd Annual Chili Fest. Reminder St Patrick’s Day Parade 3/14 meet at 1pm at Cox North Parking Lot, all must sign liability waiver. Welcome to new members Danny & Gloria Venable. Jay spoke on gathering at his house after the JBJ, will do a RSVP at a later date. Jay mentioned the need for a clinic at Roy Rogers - shooting for April 25th.

Allen Penrod presented the idea to have a merit/award program for members participating in GROOVE events such as meetings, wearing club shirt, activities etc—and a prize at the end of the year for most active member - voted on to start in January for 2010.

Brad Weber announced that the new site has had 6863 hits and needed new entries for the GROOVE Garage. Kudos went out to Brad for his work on the website.

JBJ 15 UPDATE: Duane Duff presented trophy ideas for JBJ. Rob Davis artwork was voted on & approved for the JBJ 15. Fred Nelson added that there will be a video done for the show and the possibility of selling them.

Tina Solari is getting a reorder done of club shirts. The fall cruise date has changed to Sept 12th. Meeting Adjourned 5:50 pm
