Meeting on May 9th, was called to order at 4:20pm by President Jay Myers, 29 people in attendance. Host Duffs had, Made Right sandwiches and everyone brought side dishes for a great lunch. Before the meeting ½ the club stuffed goody bags (100) and the other ½ built the trophys. Flyers/entry forms were address after the meeting and to be mailed out on Monday. Topics covered, the Hudson’s losing their roof to the storm, Gary George home from the hospital and doing better, Rob Davis’s back on the road to good health. Covered the types of specialty trophies that we would have (the best of's). Events for the day of the show were covered. Will start set up at 2:00 on Friday, guys are getting together the Wed before to insure grass is cut and address as needed. Members
working the day off the show will receive hats, all others can be purchased for $ 4.00 or $5.00, price not set yet. Who would be doing what was covered; food tent for members to buy dinner on Friday night $5.00, T shirt sponsors were turned in and Rob will do art work, everything on track, more door prizes are needed, closed at 5:10pm .
