Minutes from November 2009 Meeting

Jay opened the meeting stating the Crosslines Cruise was a huge success w/123 cars this year, member Ron Foster did an excellent job for promoting the event, as well as 104.7 The Cave & Pam Copling w/Crosslines.

Nine VWs representing GROOVE participated in the C of O Homecoming parade the day before.

Tina announced that the majority of the questionnaires were to continue mailing the newsletter and doing them every other month.

Jay discussed having a car show committee and an event committee/coordinator for other events. JBJ trophy designs were discussed.
