Minutes from October 2009 Meeting

Place:   Al & Becky’s in Rogersville

Date: October 10, 2009

Attendance:   Quite a Few, 50+

Next Meeting:  Nov 8th after Crosslines Cruise

Well........ As usual, the party was well attended. Not sure how many, but a lot. Al and Becky hosted, we give many thanks for the use of their house and fine personal touch. You guys are great, Well, Al your ok, your wife is great. Several of us after the fray stayed due to late time and distance to travel. Oh Yeah, too much booze too.

Jay presided over the meeting and we discussed the following. We covered the past 3 or 4 events and the usual info concerning them. For those who were not able to attend the Drive-in ,Tulsa, Eureka, etc. , you missed a fine time. Our group is a lot of fun. Maybe next yr.

The next meeting will be Crosslines toy drive. Nov 8th 12:30. Will need door prizes.

We discussed the frequency of the news letter. Monthly, Bi-monthly, Qtrly, etc. Please let Tina know your thoughts.

Nov.7 is College of the Ozarks parade. They have asked for converts. to use if possible. Should be fun. We (Renee and I) are going to try for that one.

Dec 5 at Jay's for the Christmas get together. 3:00 pm. Meeting and dinner. Bring the usual $5 - $10 gift or something we just can't live w/o. Always fun. Was reminded that JBJ 2010 will be "sweet 16". The meeting ended more or less around 8:30 pm. Then the evening started.

Everybody behaved pretty well. But again, Al and Becky thanks for
everything.
