Minutes from January 2010 Meeting

Jay the President in charge. New members recognized 8+.

Passed out attendance/participation card to track points of those who participate. A combination of points that are from attendance, shirt, car, show and tell, also event participation. This will help to foster participation and club info. for the public. Can't have too many. Dec. mtg will be the end of event card calendar. GET OUT AND PARTICIPATE! Be sure to sign in etc. Birthdays, bring a cheap gift to the pot. Hopefully all will do this. (More to follow).

2010 Events/meeting were reviewed (see calendar of events page) Rick Eddy VP, talked about PC forums and info avail. to users. Good info and other enthusiasts (similar to face book, but not the same. Its for the VW people etc). Possible good point of contact.

Meeting was a success with much communication between members. This club really is a good bunch. JBJ artwork, totally cool!!! Rob, you did good. In fact... real good.

Sweet 16. Trophy’s, have some ideas, others welcome. For next mtg. Bring your ideas and how they might be made. Much to be decided, it's all sounding great. This will be the best yet! Looking forward to it. Get your sponsor info in asap. It will help keep things smooth.
